Last year I participated in a Spring into Summer Challenge. It was great to have a goal and work on being better in some areas of daily living. I don't know about you but I get in ruts and I need to be challenged to get out and DO something with my life. Too many times we get complacent and stuck in our comfort zone. I know what I need to do or want to do but I just don't have the energy or want to take the steps to make it happen. These challenges work for me.
I have now joined the 2011 Resolutionary Challenge and we begin next Monday. This challenge will really stretch my capabilities in some areas. But I can't wait....er maybe. ANYWAY, there is still time for you to join us if you want!
These are the categories for this challenge:
1. Floss teeth every day
2. Drink more water
3. Exercise 60 minutes each day
4. Pay down you debt or save your money
5. Take fifteen minutes of down time every day for yourself
6. Finish eating by 9 p.m.
7. Eat a minimum of 7 servings of fruits and vegetables
8. Create something
9. Goal of your choice
10. Wild Card this goal will change each week.

I love food storage ideas! I got lazy about bottling until we moved in to this house 8 years ago. The back yard if filled with fruit trees so I need to take advantage of the bounty!
