Today's Thought

"Neither Satan nor any other power can weaken or destroy your growing character. Only you could do that through disobedience. That is why Satan is so intently focused on tempting you to make decisions that will undermine your character. Satan is an accomplished master at making devastating choices appear attractive, even reasonable. So be careful. At this critical time of life you will be faced with many choices. The decisions you will make will profoundly affect life now and for eternity. Make them wisely and prayerfully."

FINALLY!!!

Monday I stayed home from work because the world was spinning. I tried to get up so I could make an appointment for the DR but didn't make it past the recliner. Tuesday was a little better and I did go to an appointment but he didn't give me anything for my inner ear infection. He said antibiotics wouldn't make it go away. K, so I just hope to get better real fast. I'm tired of living on crackers and Sprite just to keep my food down.

Then Tuesday night during my show (Biggest Loser), I got this most wonderful phone call. The caller said, "Do you want to go walking in the morning because I am on Spring Break, no school?" Let me think a minute. I haven't got my carcass off the couch in several weeks. I only made two attempts at running since uh....December? SURE! I'll go running walking with you. I FINALLY put in my hour of exercise!!

Thanks Audrey! If you read this before morning, let's walk again tomorrow 'cept let's add that little detour to Bert's!! Let me know.
k maybe this isn't really us (YET), but when we started we sure felt this way

Oh, a walk always is good for me too. I hope you get feeling better.
And yes, I think the kids would LOVE Nanny McPhee...mine wanted to watch it twice. And I thought it was darling too. :)

So, I take it you are feeling better. I hope so! It is never fun when the world feels like it is spinning.

Where did you get that picture of me????

Way to go--I got my hour in the other day too--it's been so hard for me to do lately.

I'm getting nervous, too, about the race.

Man, I haven't stopped by for a little while and I find out you are falling apart? Sorry to hear this Jody! I hope you are feeling better and were able to get go walking. Sometimes that fresh air seems to help. Love the old ladies pic! I think I'm the one on the left ;0)
